"It is so beautiful and uplifting! The sound perfect. Your voice and the arrangements SOAR like an eagle on a thermal! I LOVE the reggae/soul blend. I ADORE Back in The River, it sounds like down home New Orleans R&B/reggae/cajun music! A true celebration of so many diverse styles blended magically and woven into this magical song! Delicious! I feel like I am being blessed over and over and over. A permanent grin has been planted on my face and love and joy are dancing with each other in my heart!"

1. Be Here Now

A traditional Native American welcome song that connects your spirit to the Source of All Creation and transforms into a lighthearted conscious reggae song with the message of living in the moment and loving it.

2. Crystal Clear

Ocean waves bubble onto the shore as an ethereal melody flows over you like a cool mist. You can feel the tension leave your body as the melody and Native frame drum send pure love into the water within you. Below is Venice Beach in Southern California the night I recorded the ocean waves in this song.

3. Visioning

Listen carefully, with all your senses. Can you hear it? My daughter, only 9 years old when this song was recorded, is the hand drummer for this song. Imagine as you listen that you are that drummer, drumming into existence a life that lights up your eyes and puts an unending smile on your face.

4. Starlight (new version)

Did you know that we are made of the same elements as stars? We are made of stardust. This thunderous Native American chant reminds us to remember the power and beauty of who we truly are.

5. Woman feat. Lillian Allen

Featuring the spoken word and creative soundings of Canadian multiple Juno Award winning dub poet icon Lillian Allen, this traditional Native American song is a tribute to Mother Earth and to all women. It is about taking care of one another as a community and honouring the sacred feminine principle within us all.

6. Medicine Song

We all have our own song - YES, even if you think you can't sing! We are made up of energy that vibrates. Your vibration is your song and like your fingerprint, nobody has the same vibration as you.

7. One of the Things

Here is the soundtrack to "one of those days" when you just can't seem to predict how anything will turn out, despite your best planning efforts. Uplifting conscious reggae to show you that no matter how rough it gets, you CAN get back to Joy.

8. Amazing (with flute & guitar)

Let this lovely acoustic melody remind you all about how amazing YOU really are. This song came on my birthday and as much as it is about me, it's also about the child within each of us who needs to be acknowledged.

See the spirit orb in the top left corner of the photo?

9. Journey to Freedom

This song is about transforming anger and disappointment into feelings of peace and acceptance, which ultimately lead to the embodiment of freedom.

10. We Are Re-Awakening

We are alive in a time of extreme transformation. If you are drawn to this music, you know exactly what I'm talking about. An anthem in celebration of this Great Re-Awakening.

11. One Door Opens

Because we are in such a huge state of transformation, the old ways of thinking are no longer working so well. But if instead of resisting change, we decide to embrace it, we begin to notice other doorways of opportunity. When we dare to open one of those doors and step into new possibilities, all is not only well but simply magical.

12. Shine

You know those moments when your eyes light up, you seem to have tons of energy and you just feel great? Let's make you one of those moments right now! Relax, listen and take in the affirmations in this song.

13. Back in the River

Jump back into LIVING! A lively inspirational soundtrack to your day, this song is sure to energize and inspire your spirit, mind and body with a splash of encouragement and waterfall of joy.
